2012 Ranger Tug R-27

The R-27 can be considered a 2-4-6 boat. 2 people for multi-day cruising, 4 people for a weekend, and 6 people for socializing.

The compact design does not compromise on comfort, featuring a cozy forward cabin, an aft berth suitable for guests or additional storage, and a convertible dinette that seats four and can be easily converted to another double berth. The full galley comes equipped with a propane stove and oven, perfect for preparing meals on extended adventures and the full-sized head has an electric toilet, glass basin, and shower wand.

Custom made 2018 Venture Triple Axe Aluminum I-Beam Trailer rewired in 2023. Has an electric winch to make retrieval easier.

This professionally-maintained vessel boasts a single 180-hp Yanmar 4BY2 turbocharged 4-cylinder common rail diesel engine, ensuring a smooth journey with a range of approximately 200 miles at a cruising speed of 13-15 knots. You can also extend the range by going a respectable 7.5 knots.

The R-27 comes standard with both bow and stern thrusters. These electric units will go a long way toward reducing the amount of stress the captain shoulders when maneuvering around the docks.

Engine and transmission are fully serviced every season at a Yanmar service yard. Most recently in July of 2024.

The owner has a huge amount of fishing accessories that can be negotiated into the sale of the boat.
