About the 1995 Beneteau 42s7

The Beneteau First 42s7 is a sleek and spacious cruiser-racer designed by Bruce Farr, one of the most renowned yacht designers in the world. It combines performance, comfort, and style and can take you anywhere, from a summer cruise through the Gulf and San Juan Islands to a thrilling ocean race. This versatile package has all the amenities for comfortable coastal cruising and will satisfy the competitive racers in the family.

With full sets of racing and cruising sails, and updated standing and running rigging, the current owners took advantage of the performance capabilities of this design. With two staterooms, two heads, a full galley, a water-maker, and lots of battery capacity, the 42s7 has what you need for comfortable cruising.

The First 42s7 features a strong, solid fiberglass hull, a deep fin keel, and a fractional rig with a large sail plan.  The cockpit has lots of seating, a large wheel for precision steering, a folding table, and plenty of storage. The deck is functional and uncluttered, with all lines led aft to the cockpit for easy handling and broad side decks making it easy to move around.
