With a powerful sail plan, this boat is fully powered up in 8–10 knots of wind and pointing exceptionally high. Features

Accomodation

The C&C 110 offers a surprisingly spacious and well-appointed two-cabin, one-head layout. With 6’4” of headroom throughout, the interior feels light and airy, featuring varnished cherry wood lockers and bulkheads that give a warm, comfortable feel. The survey confirms the interior is in good condition with built-in furnishings, cloth-covered cushions, and teak sole flooring.

Layout & Sleeping Areas: The accommodation plan features two private cabins. Forward, a generous V-berth master cabin offers great storage with a hinged lid and gas struts for easy access to additional stowage. Aft, there’s a large guest cabin with full berth and excellent storage. The main salon features comfortable seating with cloth-covered cushions, creating a welcoming space for dining and relaxing. Bulkheads separate the aft cabin from the galley/salon and the salon from the V-berth.

Cockpit: The widened transom is one of the best features of the 110. The cockpit is huge and exceptionally comfortable, achieved with deep coamings and a custom deck layout that keeps the working area uncluttered while still leaving ample room for passengers. From the helm, the skipper can easily reach the furling line (right at their feet), adjust the hydraulic split backstay, or operate the mechanical transom. The Edson steering pod features a CD-i Rack and Pinion Steering System designed specifically for the C&C 110 – incredibly smooth with gears estimated to have exceptional longevity. Genoa sheets lead back through turning blocks to winches stationed just ahead of the wheel.

Sleeping Areas: Two private cabins – forward V-berth with gas-strut-assisted storage access and aft guest cabin. Both berths are in good condition with cloth-covered cushions.

Head: The head is decently sized and includes a separate shower stall – unusual on a 36-footer. The shower is fully usable, and both the head sink and shower drain to a sump in the bilge with its own pump so water doesn’t collect in the bilge.

Salon: Light and airy with varnished cherry woodwork, built-in furnishings, cloth-covered cushions, and teak sole flooring.

Domestic Equipment

While the galley is compact – as expected on a performance-oriented 36-footer – it’s well-equipped for weekend and week-long cruises.

Galley: The galley features a two-burner gimballed propane stove and double stainless steel sink. A chest fridge and freezer provide cold storage.

Propane System:

  • Tank: 10-lb. tank located in stern with fitted sleeve

  • Ventilation: Vents out stern

  • Shut-offs: 12-volt solenoid

  • Lines & Fittings: Copper lines to stove from box; rubber hose to stove

  • Gas Regulator: In box

  • Fume Detectors: XINIE X S-1A Fireboy

  • Make/Model: Atwood water heater

  • Material: Stainless steel

  • Capacity: 6 gallons

  • Relief Valve: On tank

Fresh Water System:

  • Pump: ShurFlo 12-volt

Toilet / Black Water System:

  • Head: Jabsco marine head, port side

  • Discharge Pump: Jabsco

Water Capacity: 70 gallons total (bow tank + tank under port settee)

Sails and Rigging

The well-designed deck layout provides a nice combination of cruising and racing appointments. The twin groove Furlex Headsail Furler provides stress-free short-handed sail handling and can easily be converted to a racing foil. The halyards are all led aft to rope clutches and self-tailing winches on the cabin top. The genoa sheets are run aft through genoa cars on tracks that can be adjusted from the cockpit. The genoa sheets are then led through HIGH LOAD turning blocks to the Harken self-tailing winches. The main sail is controlled in the cockpit just ahead of the Wheel for easy access by the skipper or crew.
